Finals arrive

THE pointy end of the Barossa & Light Cricket Association 2016/17 season is upon us.

A1 minor premiers South Gawler will face Kapunda in a repeat of theone-day grand final, at Nuriootpa, while second-placed Angaston will play Gilbert Valley at Kapunda in the second semi.

The A1 grand final will be held at Stockwell Oval.

In the A1 reserves competition, Mallala will play Nuriootpa at Stockwell, Eudunda-Robertstown will face Tanunda at Greenock, and Sandy Creek will host the grand final.

Angaston and Gawler Central will battle it out at Tanunda in the A2s, while South Gawler and Sandy Creek will play at Angaston, with the grand final played at Kapunda.

In A3, Freeling and Gilbert Valley will do battle at Eudunda, while Saddleworth will host the Kapunda/Greenock clash and the grand final will be played Angaston.

In A4, Gawler Central and Tanunda take to the field at Sandy Creek this Saturday, while Freeling plays Sandy Creek at Lyndoch, with the grand final to be played at Greenock.

Finally, in A5, Hamley Bridge will face Greenock at Nuriootpa 2 oval, while South Gawler and Willaston will battle it out at Gawler Central – the grand final will be played at Eudunda.
