What is wrong with this state?
Every suburb or town wants to be either part of the Barossa or part of Mawson Lakes.
Gawler was zoned metropolitan in 1982. Gawler is a suburb of Adelaide.
Darwin is as much a gateway to the Barossa as Gawler is.
