Conlon and DTEI are clueless. Just look at the northern express way. Two lanes in each direction - three would be an extravagance !!!!!
Access via road/rail to the north and the Barossa is pathetic.
Conlon refers to 1968 - get with the times !!!!!! I think things might have changed just a tiny bit since then.
