TWO of Australia’s finest musicians are set to bring a show full of country vibes and good times to the Barossa Valley.
Fresh off the April release of their album, ‘The Great Country Songbook Volume II’ – which debuted at number one on the ARIA country album charts – Adam Harvey and Beccy Cole will perform at the Barossa Arts & Convention Centre in Tanunda.
The performance is one of two South Australian dates on the duo’s ‘Great Country Songbook Volume II Tour’, which has already seen them entertain crowds in Victoria and New South Wales.
South Australian native Cole said she has been doing shows in the Barossa since she was 14 years old and never gets tired of returning to her home state.
“It’s always great coming to the Barossa,” she said.
“The venues here are fantastic and I love showcasing the region as part of tours.
“You want to do a good show everywhere you go, but coming home is really special because you play infront of people who knew
you when you were just starting out.”
Cole said this is the ninth time she has toured nationally with Harvey, and the on-stage chemistry the pair have developed always provides fun for the whole family.
“Adam and I are both larrikins and the band is fantastic, so it is always a really entertaining and funny show,” she said.
The Great Country Songbook Volume II tour will be held at the Barossa Arts & Convention Centre on Saturday, August 26, at
