$1750 to Gawler RSL sub-branch.
The money was proceeds
from the newspaper’s fourpage
Lest We Forget Anzac
Day preview on April
21, when local businesses,
schools, MPs and organisations
took out advertisements
to commemorate the day that
salutes our Diggers.
A delighted sub-branch
president, Paul Little, said the
donation would go towards
the Black Dog Institute,
which helps mental-health
sufferers, and also would go
to RSL headquarters, which
supports initiatives such as
Soldier On.
